RECOLLECTION PROGRAM HELD AT CAINTA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AUDITORIUM

Cainta, Rizal — Students gathered early in the morning for a meaningful recollection program on  Febuary 13, 2026 held at the Cainta Elementary School Auditorium. The event began with registration, where students waited for their classmates before being seated according to their respective academic strands and sections.
The program officially started with everyone standing for the Philippine National Anthem and an opening prayer. Students were also asked to raise their hands according to their strands before taking their seats.
The opening remarks were led by the school principal, Sir Victorino Butron. His short message was read by Ma’am Cristobal, which was warmly received and applauded by the audience. Afterwards, Ma’am Christal Flores discussed the statement of purpose of the recollection, explaining the goals and importance of the activity. This was followed by Ma’am Melody Valdez, who presented an overview of the recollection program.

The recollection proper was facilitated by Sir Dennis, who led various interactive activities. Students participated in singing and dancing to energize the crowd. One of the main activities included creating masks and sharing their insights with their assigned partners. After the first session, students had a short morning break.

When the program resumed, Sir Dennis continued his discussion and asked reflective questions, which students answered by strand. The activities remained lively, as students once again engaged in singing and dancing sessions. and then Sir Dennis and I watched The Unplugged about football players on vacation.

In the latter part of the program, students were asked to write a letter for themselves, encouraging self-reflection and personal growth. An affirmation activity was also conducted, where students shared their thoughts and realizations. The program ended on a positive note, with Sir Dennis receiving recognition for facilitating the recollection. The speakers formally concluded the event, leaving the students inspired and reflective.

The recollection served as a meaningful experience that encouraged unity, self-discovery, and spiritual growth among the students.
